For citizen convenience , government of karnataka has facilitated a provision to download COVID test result report online by entering SRF ID. Below is a procedure to be followed.
Step 1 : Note down the SRF ID received in SMS when you take the test
On taking a COVID test usually the staff take note of your Name , Mobile number , Location to fill a Specimen Referral Form (SRF) and a ID gets generated. On taking the test , a SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number with this ID and a link to download the PDF version of this form.

"RT-PCR sample collected for Govindayya FS (Id:295251XXXXXXX) SRF ID 29525XXXXXXXX on Apr 1 2021 11:35AM. Please save for future reference. You are advised to isolate yourself till the sample is tested and test report is available. https://covid19cc.nic.in/PDFService/Specimenfefform.aspx?formid=kjQOBc7UOQDXXXXXX%2bdTw%3d%3d Your Sample has been sent to 3i Molecular Solutions and Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru"
Step 2 : After the test result waiting period , check the result online
Usually after the waiting period , test result will be sent as an SMS to the registered mobile number

"Dear Citizen
Your COVID-19 test result for the test given on 18-10-2020 is NEGATIVE. Do not forget to wear a mask and maintain 2 meter distance at all times.
Call the Bommanahalli covid helpline - 8884666670 for any Covid related queries.
Please visit www.covidwar.karnataka.gov.in/service1 after 48 hours to get an official copy of the result."
To download the report , open the website in a browser

- Enter the 13 digit SRF ID and the captcha code
- On clicking Search , test result summary gets displayed with a print report option
- Click on the print option which has the digital copy of report
- This report is considered as valid test report for displaying at authorities.
