- Add half cup ginger and half cup baking soda to a hot bath for relaxation
- Rub little brahmi or castor oil on the soles of your feet at bedtime
- Drink a tea made from sage leaves sweetened with honey
- Chew 10-12 leaves of basil leaves twice a day

- Try to eat regularly. Do not skip breakfast
- Include plenty of vegetables and fruits. Exercise regularly
- Go for 20-30 minutes of brisk walking

- Drink a lot of water daily
- Gently wash affected areas twice a day with lukewarm water and a non oily mild soap
- Keep your hair off your face. Exercise. - practice deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
