Stressed ? Here are few home remedy tips to try out and get relaxed.




Home remedy

  • Add half cup ginger and half cup baking soda to a hot bath for relaxation
  • Rub little brahmi or castor oil on the soles of your feet at bedtime
  • Drink a tea made from sage leaves sweetened with honey
  • Chew 10-12 leaves of basil leaves twice a day
Dos
  • Try to eat regularly. Do not skip breakfast
  • Include plenty of vegetables and fruits. Exercise regularly
  • Go for 20-30 minutes of brisk walking
  • Practice deep breathing exercise
  • Do meditation. Its the best way to relax, dissolve stress and allow body to heal
  • Set aside a regular time each day specifically for relaxation , do not wait until feeling exhaust
  • Go for a regular walk or listen to music.
  • Tackle only one problem at a time. If necessary , break it down into smaller , achievable goals and work through them.Get sufficient sleep
  • Have positive attitude to life.
Don'ts
  • Avoid tea, coffee , alcohol , chocolate , colas , all white flour products , sugar , food coloring , chemical additives and strong condiments
  • Take fresh juicy fruits such as apples , grapes , pineapple , pears and grapefruit
  • Take a diet rich in Vitamin A and E
  • Drink a lot of water daily
  • Gently wash affected areas twice a day with lukewarm water and a non oily mild soap
  • Keep your hair off your face. Exercise. - practice deep breathing and relaxation exercises.
