Trainees / Associate Engineers with below role
Responsibilities and Duties
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Building domain expertise on Mobile VAS & Core services
- Building product expertise , methods & practices to assist deployments
- Travel onsite for deployments wherever applicable
- Training customer on product usage
- Conducting product User acceptance with customer
- Participation in deployment audit and corrections
- Documenting deployment procedures
- Product assistance 24x7 on any technical assistance required by client
- Building expertise on Ticketing , Defect tracking & Monitoring tools
- Building expertise on Product , acceptance testing & Simulation in labs
- Prioritize & reporting issues , Escalations to project & team Managers
- Skillful Interaction with Development , Quality Assurance teams
- Proactive resolution & trouble shooting of customer queries
- Continuous Improvement & Feedback sharing from site experience
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma Freshers only - with Basic academics and Computer Science Knowledge
- Diploma in Computer Science / Electronics / Information Science passed out during this year / previous year only
- With 60% scoring and above in aggregate
