Jack
fruit seeds has good amount of proteins providing good strength to body
. In this food recipe article , lets learn how to make tasty cutlets
using jack food seeds. This healthy food can be consumed along with Rice , Chapathis , Dosas and even Idlis.
Ingredients
- Jack fruit seeds -10
- Toor dal - 1 cup
- Moong dal - 1 cup
- Tomato - 1
- Green chilly - 3
- Curry leaves - little quantity to suit taste
- Hing - little to suit taste
- Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
- Mustard - 1/2 spoon
- Jeera - 1 spoon
- Salt - little quantity to suite taste
- Turmeric - 1/2 spoon as suitable
- Ghee - 2 spoon
Preparation Procedure
- Smash jack fruit seeds and peel off the outer skin
- Boil it in cooker by adding Toor dal , Moon dal , little turmeric , green chilly , little ghee and water little salt to water for 2 whistles till it turns soft , allow it to cool
- In a kadai , add some ghee , Jeera , mustard , hing , curry leaves and prepare a oggarane sauce
- Add the boiled dal mixture to kadai , stir well and boil the mixture
- When it is boiling well , add garam masala , salt and allow it to boil for some time
- After boiling , just before serving add some ghee and serve hot
