ಕಾಡುಹಕ್ಕಿ ಹುಳಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಣಚಿತ್ರಗಳೇಕೆ?- ।
ನೋಡುವರ ಕಣ್ಣೊಲವ ಬೇಡುವಳೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ? ॥

ಕಾಡಿನ ಹಕ್ಕಿ ಹುಳ ಹುಪ್ಪಟೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚಿತ್ರ ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ಬಣ್ಣಗಳು ಏಕೆ ಇವೆ? ನೋಡುವವರು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಒಲವನ್ನು ತೋರಲಿ ಎಂದೇ? ಖಂಡಿತ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ರೂಪ ಮತ್ತು ಬಣ್ಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಚಿತ್ರ ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಾದ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಸ್ವಧರ್ಮ ಅಥವಾ ರೂಢಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ನಮಗೆ ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.

ಪುರುಷಯೋಚನೆಯೆಲ್ಲ ಮುರಿದು ಮಣ್ಣಹುದೆಂದು ।
ಕೊರಗದಿರು; ಕೆಟ್ಟೆನೆಂದೆಂದುಮೆನ್ನದಿರು ॥
ಶರಧಿಯೊಳು ಮೀನೊಂದು ಪುಟ್ಟಲೇಂ ಸಾಯಲೇಂ? ।

ಅಯ್ಯೋ ನಾವು ಮಾಡುವ ಯೋಚನೆಯೆಲ್ಲಾ ಯಾವುದೂ ಫಲಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಣ್ಣಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕೊರಗದೆ ಇರು. ‘ನಾ ಕೆಟ್ಟೆ’ ಎನ್ನದಿರು. ಕಡಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀನು ಒಂದು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದರೇನು ಸತ್ತರೇನು ಕಡಲಿಗೇನೂ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಯೋಚನೆಗೆಲ್ಲ ಒಂದು ರೂಪ ಸಿಗಲೇಬೇಕೆಂದು ನೀ ಯೋಚಿಸಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಯೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಪಕ್ವತೆಯೆಡೆಗೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಲು ಒದಗುವ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.

ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕೆಲಸದ ಹೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನಿನಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಹೊರೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದಲ್ಲ!!!! ನೀನು ಮಾಡಲೇ ಬೇಕಾದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದ ಹೊರೆ ನಿನಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಲಾದಷ್ಟನ್ನು ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಕ್ಕದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವ ಆ ದೈವದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡು. ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿರಲಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಅರೆಬರೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
The creator has not given you the responsibility to run the entire world. He has however given you your set of duties. There is no escaping from that. Perform as many duties as possible and let the rest to be dealt by Him. He will not like a person who believes in Him partially (conditionally). - Mankutimma

ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸುಖ, ಸಂತೋಷ, ಆನಂದ ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳ ಹುಡುಕುವಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಕೇವಲ ಕಲಹ, ಜಗಳಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗಿವೆ. ಪಾಶವೀ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೇನನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ? ಕಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿನ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಡನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಬೂದಿಯಾಗಿಸದ ಹೊರತು ತಣ್ಣಗಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಆನಂದದಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಹಗೆತನವನ್ನು ಬಿಡು ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.

ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಡೆದುಹಾಕಿ,’ ಓ!! ನಿನಗೆ ಬಂಗಾರದ ಮಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆ ‘ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು ಬಂಗಾರದ ಗಣಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಇದೆಯೇನು? ದೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಒಗ್ಗಿದ ನೀರನ್ನು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕುಡಿವ ಸಂತಸಕ್ಕೆ ಅದು ಸಮವೇನು? ಎಂದು ಸಂತಸದ ಮತ್ತು ತೃಪ್ತಿಯ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಕುಲ,ವರ್ಗ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳು, ಮಾನವರು ಸಹಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಇವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ, ತಾನು ಸರ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಅಣು’ಮಾತ್ರ ಎಂದು ಬಗೆದು, ಸರ್ವರ ಜೀವನದ ಸಂವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿಮಾಡಿದ ದಿನ, ಈ ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ‘ಪರ್ವ’ದಿನ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ದಿನ, ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಗುಂಡಪ್ಪನವರು ಈ ಮುಕ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ.
