Sampath Maitreya plays the role of Krishnappa, a mathematics teacher.Rangayana Raghu portrays Veeranna, the head of the Gram Panchayat.Sripriya and Ugramm Manju also contribute to the ensemble cast. Veeranna, in his bid to woo voters, decides to invite a film star for the inauguration of a temple in the village. However, when the film star unexpectedly passes away, Veeranna seeks the help of Krishnappa. They plan to invite the Chief Minister to the village, leading to a series of entertaining events.
