How to download BBMP E-Khatha , fees , step by step procedure

BBMP E-Khata is an online property record management system introduced by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) in Karnataka. It allows property owners to access, update, and manage their property records online. The system includes features like downloading draft e-Khata, uploading additional information for final e-Khata, and filing objections if necessary.

Approved applications may be downloaded online using the following procedure

• Open the BBMP E-Asthi website link - https://bbmpeaasthi.karnataka.gov.in/office/frmKhathaDownload.aspx
• Note the  property ID from the application which has to be input to download the E Khatha . Its usually the ePID which is a 10 digit number  

• As indicated in above image , on entering the ePID and clicking Search option , details of the property gets displayed. Property code , Ward number , Ward name , Property number gets displayed.
• At present , a fee of Rs.125 is charged for each download of E-khatha
• After reviewing the details , click on the the OK option which will redirect to payment gateway for online payment
• On successful payment , an option to print / download PDF copy of the E-khatha gets displayed.
• This file is password protected and the same 10 digit ePid number which was used as input earlier to be used as password
