Mr. Rani follows the journey of Raja (played by Deepak Subramanya), a young man with dreams of becoming a movie hero. Despite his father's wishes for him to pursue a practical career, Raja remains in Bengaluru to chase his passion. An unexpected opportunity arises when he lands a female role in a movie, thanks to a video where he played a female character. Raja becomes Rani and continues to act in more movies, including action films.
